Are these genuine SPEED products?
Yes. Everything sold here comes direct from SPEED, not through a market middleman. There are no repackaged returns and no lookalike shells, and every unit is powered on and checked at the Lagos warehouse before it goes into a delivery bag.
How do I place an order?
Add what you need to your order on the site, then tap Send order on WhatsApp. It opens a message with every item and the total already filled in. We confirm stock, take your delivery address in the chat, and agree payment.
Can I pay by card on the website?
Not at the moment, and that is deliberate. Orders are confirmed over WhatsApp and paid on delivery or by bank transfer, so you speak to a person before any money moves.
How fast is delivery?
Same or next day within Lagos, and two to four working days everywhere else in Nigeria. Full detail on the delivery page.
How do I know a case will fit my phone?
Products that are device-specific have a Device Model picker on their page — choose your model and the price and stock update for it. Every product page also lists the models it is confirmed compatible with. Universal accessories say Fits every device. If you are unsure, message us with your model before ordering.
Is there a warranty?
Yes. Every product is covered for [ warranty period to be confirmed ], registered automatically against your order. See the warranty page for what is covered.
What if something arrives faulty or wrong?
Check the order in front of the rider. If it is wrong or damaged, hand it straight back and tell us in the chat — we replace it. If a fault appears later, send a photo or short video and we will sort it out. See returns.
Do you deliver outside Lagos?
Yes, across Nigeria. Some remote locations may add a day or a small surcharge, and we will always say so in the chat before you commit.
