The basis on which we sell, deliver and stand behind what we sell.
Draft — not yet legally reviewed
A structural draft only. It needs the registered company identity, confirmed warranty and returns periods, and review by a Nigerian-qualified lawyer against the Federal Competition and Consumer Protection Act before it can be relied on.
Who you are contracting with
Goods bought through this site are sold by [ registered company name ] ([ RC number ]), trading as SPEED Smart Accessories, of [ registered address ].
How an order is formed
Adding items to your order on this site does not create a contract. Prices and availability shown here are an invitation to order, not an offer.
A contract is formed only when we confirm your order in the WhatsApp conversation, having checked stock and agreed the delivery address and payment method with you. Until that point either side can walk away.
If an item turns out to be unavailable, or a price on the site was wrong, we will tell you before confirming and you are free not to proceed.
Prices and payment
- All prices are in Nigerian naira and include applicable taxes
- Delivery is charged per order and shown before you send it
- Payment is on delivery or by bank transfer, as agreed in the chat
- Ownership passes to you when payment clears in full
Delivery
Delivery times given on the delivery page are estimates in working days, not guarantees. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.
Please check your order in the presence of the rider. Reporting a wrong or damaged item at that point is the fastest way to have it resolved.
Warranty and returns
Our warranty is set out on the warranty page and our returns process on the returns page. Both form part of these terms.
Nothing in these terms limits your rights under Nigerian consumer protection law, including in respect of goods that are faulty, unfit for purpose or not as described.
Product information
We describe products as accurately as we can. Photographs are illustrative, and colours can vary slightly between screens and batches. Where a specification is quoted, it is the manufacturer's.
Acceptable use
This site and its content are ours. You may use it to browse and to place orders. Please do not scrape it, copy it wholesale, or use our brand and imagery to sell anything.
Liability
We are responsible for loss you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms. We are not responsible for loss that was not foreseeable, or for business losses.
We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, and disputes fall to the Nigerian courts.
